Li Hongbo- Girls

Li Hongbo is a Chinese artist who makes his sculptures out of paper. Hongbo got his bachelor in fine arts in China in 1996. He then went on to get two MFAs from the Folk Art Department and the Experimental Art Department in Bejing. His paper sculptures are able to expand, contract, and retract, just like how it's shown in the picture above. The sculpture "Girls" was made in 2011. I find this sculpture interesting because the dimensions of it change. Also, I like how to can be spread out without immediately snapping back into place.
